If an employee only has a date of birth (missing a social security number or co-ordination number), we must now provide information about the place of birth and the country code of the place of birth to the Swedish Tax Agency (SKV). Reported in box 077 and 078 in the employer’s declaration. This information is entered in a new box under Personal register>Personal information, mandatory from December pay period. There is an info-i next to the new fields and a link to the Swedish Tax Agency’s list of country codes.
