Payroll Administrator can handle balances at contract changing
Payroll administrators are now able to change an employee’s contract even if there are final salary balances. Information is provided regarding how to handle the balances. Users with lower access rights are informed to contact their payroll administrator.
Allmän visstidsanställning (Time-limited) Unionen
When a law was changed in 2022, making it no longer possible to offer employment type Allmän visstidsanställning (Time-limited), the option to select this employment type under the employment tab was removed. We have now become aware that it is still applicable for those covered by agreement Visita-Unionen, and have therefore reinstated this employment type. It is possible to change the employment type retroactively if needed.
Improved field for Other Terms
The Other Terms field in the Employment tab now allows for a longer text, matching the space allocated for Other Terms in the employment contract.
